SGK 2009

There was a great turnout at the SGK RFTC (Susan G. Komen, Race for the Cure) today! Next years is October 16th, 2010 at Northpark Mall -- mark it on your calendars, we'd love to have ya join us!

Woo-hoo!

I'm ready to do the SGK Race for the Cure tomorrow! The pink shirts are different this year -- they look good! This will be my 16th year in a row to walk (and my 6th year in a row to walk since I had the big "C"!)! Woo-hoooo!

EKG test passed!

I took my yearly EKG test today and passed! I made a score of 100 on one of them and a 96 on the other! Also made a 100 on the medication profile test. I'm good for another year! Woo-hooo!

Frazzled

Last night in ER was rough. We were rode hard and put up wet! Hopefully tonight (Tuesday) will be better. :-)

Nick names can stick!

I visited with my sister (Amy) and baby niece (Victoria) over the weekend and had a great time! Little did I know I'd be aquiring a nick-name while I was there! I happened to make a weird noise of which my sister said something to Victoria about sounding like a goose and.......well........

Amy says, 'We should call her Aunt Goosey!'

and it stuck. I'll forever be "Aunt Goosey" to my niece Victoria. :-)
